Kwadron Cartridges

Kwadron cartridges are manufactured in Poland to tight tolerances — needle groupings stay consistent from the first cartridge in a box to the last, which matters when you're mid-session on a detailed piece and can't afford variance. The safety membrane is a proper spring-loaded system, not a passive flap — it holds under back-pressure without affecting needle return or stroke feel.

Five lines, each built for a specific type of work:

Round Liner — tight circular needle grouping for outlines and detail. Single-needle script through bold traditional outlines, consistent edge definition throughout the session.

Magnum & Soft Edge Magnum — the Magnum handles straight colour packing and solid fills. The Soft Edge Magnum curves the needle arc for body-contour shading, smoother gradients, and reduced trauma on large blending passes — the preferred choice for realism and black and grey.

Flat — needles arranged in a single straight row for geometric work, architectural lines, and any technique where a clean, consistent horizontal edge is the priority.

Sublime — tighter needle tolerances and finer tip geometry for portrait realism, micro-detail work, and fine line where every pass needs to land exactly where you put it.

Dmitriy Samohin Sets — developed with Dmitriy Samohin, one of the most technically precise colour realism artists working today. Curated needle configurations for his specific approach to colour layering and black and grey portraiture — sold as complete working sets rather than individual boxes.
