Black Friday Month 2026 – Terms & Conditions

The Maple Tattoo Supply Black Friday Month promotion (the "Promotion") runs from November 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET to December 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

The Promotion applies to orders placed on mapletattoosupply.com and in store at our locations during the Promotion Period. Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

Maple Tattoo Supply Inc. ("Maple Tattoo Supply", "we", "us") may change, extend or end the Promotion at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

Sitewide discount. Eligible products are discounted sitewide for the entire Promotion Period.

Weekly boosted deals. Each week, selected products receive a higher discount in place of the sitewide discount. Weekly deals are announced on our website and apply only during the dates shown, from 12:00 a.m. ET on the first day to 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day. A boosted discount applies only to products marked as part of that week's deal.

Free shipping. Orders of $500 or more (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping during the Promotion Period only. Orders under $500 are charged regular shipping rates.

Discounts do not stack: a product receives either the sitewide discount or its boosted discount, whichever applies at the time of purchase, not both. Promotion discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers unless we state otherwise.

Discounts are applied to the product price before taxes and shipping. Prices and discounts shown at checkout at the time the order is placed are final.

The Promotion applies to products sold by Maple Tattoo Supply while supplies last. Quantities may be limited, and we may limit quantities per customer or per order.

The following are excluded from the Promotion:

• Products from excluded brands, including Vlad Blad, Cobra, Bishop Bob Marley and Intenze ink
• Bundles and bundle-discounted products
• Promo codes, discount codes and any other discounts or offers (they cannot be used with the Promotion)
• Gift cards
• Shipping fees and taxes (except the free shipping offer in section 2)
• Products marked as excluded on the product page
• Previously placed orders, back orders placed before November 6, 2026, and pre-orders unless stated otherwise

We may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale in bulk, contain obvious pricing errors, or violate these terms. If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

We do not price match or adjust the price of a past purchase to a later or earlier Maple Tattoo Supply promotion, including the weekly boosted discounts.

The discount you receive is the one active when your order is placed. If a product you bought goes on a deeper discount later in the Promotion Period, or was on a deeper discount before your purchase, we will not refund the difference or issue store credit.

Example: You buy Ink A on November 14 at 10% off. On November 16, Ink A receives a 30% boosted discount. You cannot request the 30% price for your November 14 order.

We also do not cancel and re-place an order, or accept a return and re-purchase, to apply a newer Maple Tattoo Supply discount.

During the Promotion Period, we will match a lower price on an identical product offered by another tattoo or PMU supplier based in Canada, if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The product is identical: same brand, model, size, volume, colour, quantity and available in stock.
2. The competitor is a Canadian supplier that sells the product directly and ships within Canada.
3. The competitor's price is current, publicly advertised and verifiable (a live link or a screenshot showing the date, price and product).
4. The product is in stock at the competitor at the time of the request.
5. The request is made before purchase, or within 7 days of your Maple Tattoo Supply purchase.

We compare the competitor's total price for the product, including any mandatory fees and shipping charges, against our price.

Not eligible for price match:

• Online marketplaces and third-party sellers, including Amazon, Temu, Walmart, eBay, AliExpress, Shein, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace
• Suppliers based outside Canada
• Prices that require a membership, a coupon code, a bundle purchase or a minimum order
• Clearance, open-box, refurbished, used, liquidation or limited-quantity flash sales
• Pricing errors and misprints
• Our own past or future promotions (see section 4)

A price match replaces the Promotion discount; it is not combined with it. Price matches are limited to reasonable personal or studio quantities. Maple Tattoo Supply decides whether a request meets these conditions, and our decision is final.

All sales are final. Promotion purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. Our usual customer protection policy still applies, as described below.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives with a damaged or defective item, email us at info@mapletattoosupply.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Once the claim is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund. Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid.

Warranty on electrical devices. For tattoo machines, power supplies, charging stations, lamps and printers, report any problem to us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, the manufacturer's warranty policy applies and all claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. For help with warranty issues, email info@mapletattoosupply.com.

Pricing. We make every effort to show accurate prices. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.

Changes. We may update these terms during the Promotion Period. The version posted at the time your order is placed applies to that order.
